I had a lovely stay at Staybridge Suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring the Columbus area, although it could use some minor repairs. I was beyond pleasantly surprised by the service at this hotel, with staff who were absolutely friendly and ready to work hard to overcome any issues. The rooms, although a bit small and outdated, were clean and ready for us when we checked in, even though one bathroom needed maintenance due to plaster falling down. The location was amazing and comfortable for our needs, and the staff were fun to chat with, offering excellent customer service. The dining experience had some limitations, but the brown bag to go was a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nicely set up with split bedrooms, but I noticed they were in worse condition compared to my previous visit. On the bright side, I stayed in a brand-new 2-bedroom suite where each room had its own bathroom. The location was convenient, although a bit noisy being close to the stairs. Dining options were good, although I wished there were more lactose-free choices for my son's allergies. The facilities were decent, though I couldn't find the sauna as advertised.
